関西学院コンプライアンス宣言、憲章、行動規範

関西学院のコンプライアンス推進にかかる基本方針として、「関西学院コンプライアンス宣言」、「コンプライアンス憲章」、「コンプライアンス行動規範」を決定しました（2023年4月1日）。

Kwansei Gakuin Compliance Statement

私たち関西学院は、キリスト教主義に基づく垣根なき学びと探究の共同体として信頼され、親しまれ、期待される存在であり続けるために、コンプライアンス憲章及びコンプライアンス行動規範を定め、これらを誠実に遵守するとともに、これらが関西学院のすべての人々に着実に浸透するよう努めることをここに宣言します。

We have set forth the Kwansei Gakuin Compliance Charter and Compliance Code of Conduct to ensure that we continue to be a trusted and familiar institution that fulfills expectations as a learning community “without fences” based on the principles of Christianity. We pledge to faithfully follow these compliance guidelines and strive to steadily instill a compliance mindset in all those involved with Kwansei Gakuin.

コンプライアンス憲章
Compliance Charter

１．私たちは、キリスト教主義に基づく全人教育により、平和と自由の精神を貫き、世界の発展に寄与します。
２．私たちは、“Mastery for Service”を体現する世界市民の育成を通じて、社会的責任を果たし、社会の信頼にこたえます。
３．私たちは、基本的人権を尊重することにより、人としての尊厳を重んじる関西学院を形成することに尽力します。
４．私たちは、教育、研究、経営を通じて、持続可能な開発に、積極的に取り組みます。

1. Through whole-person education based on the principles of Christianity, we will inspire a spirit of peace and freedom and contribute to the development of the world.
2. We will fulfill our social responsibilities and earn society’s trust by cultivating world citizens who embody our motto, “Mastery for Service.”
3. By respecting fundamental human rights, we will do our utmost to shape Kwansei Gakuin in ways that value human dignity.
4. We will proactively work toward sustainable development through education, research, and management.

コンプライアンス行動規範
Compliance Code of Conduct

１．法令や社会規範、教育・研究倫理、学内の諸規定を遵守し、社会的良識に基づいた行動をとります。
２．誠実かつ公平な姿勢で、透明性の高い学校経営・運営を行い、すべての人々と健全な関係を保持します。
３．グローバルな視野のもと、資源の有効活用など地球環境の保全に貢献します。
４．自らの保有する情報を適切に管理します。特に、機密情報、個人情報については厳正な管理を行い、漏洩等の防止に努めます。
５．教職員、学生、生徒、児童、園児の人格と能力を尊重します。
　（１）多様性を尊重し、人材の育成に努めます。
　（２）ハラスメント、いじめの防止に取り組み、すべての人々が学び、働きやすい組織をつくります。
　（３）労働災害等による健康被害を防止し、安全衛生に対する意識を高め健全な職場環境をつくります。

1. We abide by laws, regulations, social norms, educational and research ethics, and internal rules, and behave based on good social conscience.
2. From a stance of sincerity and fairness, we manage and operate Kwansei Gakuin with a high degree of transparency and maintain sound and healthy relationships with everyone.
3. From a global perspective, we contribute to preservation of the global environment through efforts including effective utilization of resources.
4. We appropriately manage the information we hold. In particular, we rigorously manage confidential and personal information and strive to prevent leaks or other inappropriate uses of information.
5. We respect the individuality and abilities of faculty and staff members, students, pupils, children, and infants. In doing so, we:
　(1) Respect diversity and strive to cultivate talented people.
　(2) Work to prevent harassment and bullying, and create an organization where everyone can study and work with ease.
　(3) Prevent harm to health due to work accidents, etc., raise awareness of health and safety, and create a healthy work environment.
